As we settle more deeply into the spring season, it's time to awaken our bodies, slow down our minds and find our center admist our many priorities.
Join Megan Betterman for a morning of movement and meditation on May 19 at ModernWell in Minneapolis. The workshop will include finding movement through a combination of yin yoga + gentle yoga flow and slowing down our minds through learning simple mindfulness and meditation practices.
Space is limited to 15, register early to make sure you have a ticket.
Do I need to have any yoga or meditation experience?
Nope, anyone is welcome and will fit right in.
What should I wear?
Dress in comfortable clothing, what you would for a normal yoga class.
What should I bring with me?
A yoga mat (there are some at ModernWell too) and a water bottle.
What are the parking options at ModernWell?
There is a small parking lot connected to ModernWell and street parking on nearby streets.
