As we settle into a new spring season, it's time to awaken our bodies, slow down our minds and intentionally craft the vision we have for our lives.
Join Megan Betterman for an afternoon of movement, meditation and visioning at ModernWell on April 14 in Minneapolis. The workshop will include finding movement through a combination of yin yoga + gentle flow and slowing down our minds through guided visualizations. Once our bodies and minds are more aligned to our intuition, we'll step through a process to create a vision for our lives.
Creating a vision is less about goals and more about how your life feels, who you're spending time with and what you're spending time doing. As an example, a line from my vision statement is "I am loving, spontaneous, grounded, content and full of light. I spend time moving, dancing, laughing and having fun." Plan to leave this workshop feeling more grounded and connected to your vision.
Do I need to have any yoga or meditation experience?
Nope, anyone is welcome and will fit right in.
What should I wear?
Dress in comfortable clothing, what you would for a normal yoga class.
What should I bring with me?
A yoga mat (there are some at ModernWell too), a water bottle, a journal if you prefer writing in it.
What are the parking options at ModernWell?
There is a small parking lot connected to ModernWell and street parking on nearby streets.
